A friend of mine recommended me to switch to Well’rx pharmacy and I couldn’t be more grateful. The team is very professional and friendly and easy to deal with. Pharmacist is always very polite and helpful with any questions I have on my prescriptions. Lisa and Rachel will always do their best to help me get the best price on my medication. This pharmacy consistently delivers exceptional service! From the initial phone call to receiving my medication by delivery, everything is seamless and stress-free. The auto-refill program is always on time every month, and the customer service team is outstanding. I've never had an issue and appreciate their reliability and professionalism. Highly recommend!

It took a VERY long time to get my prescription. I could have had the prescription the same day from my preferred pharmacy. Delivery (via a delivery service) was left in a bad location. The one prescription my doctor utilized this pharmacy for (because it wasn't supposed to be available at other pharmacies) they did not fulfill and the prescription ended up going to my preferred pharmacy and they fulfilled it the same day. The person I spoke with on the phone about my prescriptions, however, was very nice and pleasant - her name was Rachel. But I will not use this pharmacy in the future and would recommend that anyone looking for a pharmacy keep looking.

I love Well RX. Ive been going there for a few years now They are always so fast. I can call on my way home from work and by the time I get there its ready. Today i came last minute because i forgot to place the order in. It was ready within 5 minutes. I see Rachel every month when I pick up my prescriptions and shes always so friendly and has even remembered my name. I always love having our little conversations.

The Well-RX pharmacy staff are consistently professional and helpful. At a time when so many prescriptions require prior authorization and other insurance “hurdles”, the Well-RX staff make it their business to make that process as painless as possible for the customer. It is very easy to talk to a real human being and on the occasions that I have had to leave a message, they have contacted me within four hours. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
