During the consultation he (Dr. Schwartz) was engaging and explained the procedure. On surgery day, he never made eye contact, gave minimal explanation, and I woke up not knowing my teeth had been removed. I understand that wisdom teeth extraction is a good pay out for insurance. I’m 58. There was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth. Neither Dr. Schwartz or Dr. Vermani (Naylors Court Dental) have followed up with me after such a needless and painful experience. Why is it not ok to have a patient with no dental issues??

If I could write two reviews, I would. I'll say that the care received here is always top notch. The care team is kind and lovely. But my one-star review is due to my recent billing experience and is absolutely deserving. Here's what happened: I had oral surgery. I recently received a bill for $2500 (rounded) once all the insurance payments were in. But the detail and the total didn't tie out. Because they should, but also because I have a particularly fussy FSA company that would question it, I reached out through the portal to ask for a corrected bill. Additionally, there was something in the detail I was pretty sure I didn't have done and I wanted them to advise about that. They sent back a bill with a total due of $1500 (rounded), but the detail still didn't tie out, and they hadn

I had my consultation with Dr. Hyatt at the Towson office and had two wisdom teeth extracted at the Owings Mills office with the staff at both places, exceptionally nice, kind and reassuring. Dr. Hyatt was wonderful and I would highly recommend him! I had no pain with my teeth extraction. I was very impressed with the services provided.

I waited a month for my consultation for an extraction. The day of my appointment, I arrived an hour early for a consultation. The receptionist politely told me the Dr was running behind because he’s in surgery. Okay, I’ve already waited a month, what’s an extra hour and a half. Fast forward an hour and a half later, I check the progress and the Dr has 3 surgeries ahead of my consultant! I ask can I reschedule and he’s booked out until next month. Out of curiosity, I asked was he also booked for surgeries and she said yes. So I drove 90 minutes round trip and waited a month for this. I’m disappointed and discouraged. A whole waste of my day.

I have dental phobia and saw Dr. Naden within a day of calling for an appointment for a broken tooth extraction. He and his staff immediately put me at ease, explaining everything to be done in great detail, all the while taking my comfort and well-being into consideration. As if I wasn't already pleased with the level of care I received, Dr. Naden called the evening of my procedure to check on me, which is rare these days and very much appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Naden!
