Kayla, Gabby, Jenna, and Dr. Andreaggi were all absolutely amazing at the LensCrafters in Hunt Valley! They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and provided me with excellent customer service. The store is spacious, very inviting and it offers a great selection of frames from many companies, styles, and price ranges. I absolutely love my new glasses. They accepted my insurance and gave me a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses. Dr. Andreaggi did an exceptionally detailed eye exam, explained everything to me, recommended some eye drops and corrected my previous prescription which was not measured correctly. Thank you very much, I will be coming back for another pair of glasses next year. A very very satisfied and happy customer!

Wow!!! My experience in this LensCrafters is better than the experience I had in Columbia, Mall. The staff is outstanding!!🩷🩷 My optician, Ariel…never have met someone so knowledgeable and professional, sweet, compassionate and patient. Her co- worker Megan assisted her because I had a complex problem. That they solved and I appreciate them so much. The manager Karen was also nice. The store has a huge selection of frames so glamorous and up scale designer frames. If want excellent customer service and a large selection of merchandise. That store is the place to go!! Thank you guys for all you did for me. 🩷🩷🦋

Kayla was amazing at the LensCrafters in Hunt Valley! She is knowledgeable and attentive. She is detailed-oriented and provides excellent customer service. In fact, all of these employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The store is beautiful and very inviting. I love my glasses.

Picked up my new glasses last week and everything was great. Went in for an eye exam and glasses. I don't recall the optometrist's name but Gabby helped me pick put the frames and I felt gave me a decent price for what I got.......thanks!

The staff, doctor, and facility are nice. However, I wasn't seen until 3:50 for my 3:00 appointment and I believe it's because the 3:20 patient came in at the same time but got seen first and they... forgot about me...
