Wegmans Pharmacy

I'm going to move my perscriptions someplace that has better service. All automated,.It takes 10 minuttes to get someone on the phone. Scrips take a week plus to fill unless you call and wait on the phone to explain that you need is filled sooner. There are 10 or 12 people behind the counter, yet the service is terrible. I expect better from Wegmans If I want nameless, faceless, slow service from an AI bot, I can get my scrips filled on Amazon.

Y'all suck flat out. 😭 Always out of medication,you take multiple DAYS to count to thirty an put a label on medicine bottles. You never actually tell us what the "delays" are. It's always "medication is being restocked" HOW YALL ALWAYS OUT THE SAME MEDICINE? ORDER MORE. you're Wegmans. You can afford it

Best Pharmacy in Rochester NY. Close to home, drive thru window, and friendly professional staff to serve customers. I wouldn't switch to another Pharmacy.

They make you pay for their mistakes. I sent my wife to pick up a couple of prescriptions. A few days later I noticed that it wasn't clearing from the portal and called them to let them know it was still showing as not picked up. Apparently their cashier hadn't properly scanned one of the medicines so my wife didn't pay for it. How was I rewarded with this call? Not with a "thank you", but with a "you didn't pay for that, we'll charge you when you come in next time". Bad customer service. They need to realize that if your company employee makes the mistake, you eat the cost. You don't inconvenience your customers.

When you have no choice and have to go through drive thru and there's only 1 lane. Make the service to be 5 minutes per customer. Is ridiculous. Some people can't cart all 3 kids by themselves just to grab medicine. Wegmans DO BETTER! Make better choices!
