I wish he was still practicing full time. He did my neck surgery years ago. Now I need some herniated disc's in my lower back fixed. I'm going to see another doctor in his practice this morning. Let's see how the first appointment goes. I'm praying the second time I see the new guy will be in pre-op. I need serious relief. Tired of not being able to do anything. Stand-by for updates.

Dr. Pilcher took out my meningioma in 2011. He and his staff were fantastic. I had gone to many other neurosurgeons, no one had half the experience Dr. Pilcher had. I found out we went to high school together. He was just a few years ahead of me. That was all I needed to hear. Awesome doctor and staff!!

2014 sciatica nerve pain. Horrible pain. He did a spinal decompression and removed cysts. 11 years leg and nerve pain free!

About two years ago - Dr. Pitcher was so kind, knew every pain I was experiencing with spinal stenosis. After the operation I had NO pain. I recommend him to anyone with back problems

Dr. Philcher is a insperation to me. Dr. Pilcher saved my life! While all the other doctors and surgerns told me to go live with the pain. Get a new job or go back to school. They tried to make me think it was all in my head. The pain was unbareable. Then I found Dr Pilcher. He seen right away that my cerebellum was slipping in to my neck area. He did the surgury asap. If I didn't find boom when I did I would of died. Dr. Pilcher is the best !
