This place is worst place ever I don’t understand how is it still open. They keep changing saying under new management with the same care place beyond nasty. I watch one nurse care for whole floor while other are out back smoking. Lady walking around trying to find help cause she was wet needed to be changed fall on floor blood all over her face believe breaking her nose. Only the one nurse working help the rest was smoking . She had to stop helping the other to assist her till help came hour later. My grandfather has been in the emergency more then he ever have being in this place. They don’t feed him give him water every time come he’s pissy till his clothes are wet. Everything we buy him bring none ever finds it or know what happened. The second floor just as nasty poor care as the firs

If it was possible to give this place a ZERO - I would. My family was FORCED by FF Thompson to place my aunt in this facility NYE, COURTESY of Water view Heights staff’s lack of communication she lost her bed in a proper long term care facility. We tried to give this place a shot, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that the facility was under new management and staffing meaning better care. The rooms are trash, have not been updated in years to any capacity what so ever, food is deplorable - my aunt has gotten ill over the last week and is beginning to go backwards in getting better. We as a family are absolutely at a loss. Water views staff has not returned calls, brushes us off as if this is just the way things go… this is absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Because it doesn’t even deserve one star I was told to give this place a chance because it was under new management. My mother was admitted here after being discharged from the hospital. The only bet that was open so we had to take it because of financial situation.. some of the staff there is nice and some aren’t. I do not want to get into detail with everything that has happened there with my mother but the last incident that happened was that my mom was bleeding out of her private area in one of the residence room. Mind you she has Alzheimer’s dementia and she also wanders.. with that being said there was no one watching her caring for her like she supposed to be cared for. The emergency room had to do a forensic rape kit. This was one

I have a family member at Waterview Heights, and I am very pleased with the care that he is receiving. They have some very caring and experienced nursing staff who treat him with respect, concern and dignity. The physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are excellent. There are many activities that help keep residents engaged and active. The food is good and plentiful. Over the past few months, I have also had great interactions with the social workers, administrative staff and front office staff, all of whom have been pleasant and helpful. Often, people only share bad reviews, and it's just as important to talk about all the positivity we have experienced with the people at Waterview Heights.

The worst place in New York State My Grandad went there for rehab rehabilitation not only did he lose all mobility skills. They say He fell out the bed almost every week stitches down his face of fractured neck, and he has a hole The size of a baseball in his backside this place is absolutely filthy. Disgusting. He fell on the floor and they left him there for 24 Hours Worst probably in America. if you’re smart, you will never ever send anyone you care about into this facility Now, how can someone fall on the floor that can’t move yet y’all claim y’all put mats down because he was fighting on the floor and he still have stitches in his face I will never recommend anyone ever going here I would beg you not to send your loved ones here you’re sending them to their deathbed
