This operation has all the charm of a garage based operation. Front office staff has zero follow up or communication skills, thoroughly unprofessional. Back office staff were fantastic. The Dr. is overbooked. You have an appointment but it could be hours beyond your time till you are seen. Have a procedure scheduled? Get prepped and take a long nap as your time isn't a priority. Ask before selecting "offered" procedure as he has dropped ones that aren't "profitable enough" (I have excellent primary and secondary insurance) but won't bother to tell you this until months have passed while you wait for the office to contact you to schedule and call them to inquire. Then they offer no alternative or follow up. Billing is straight out of the 70s. No email or link to e-payment. No phone call. J

Didn't seem very sure of himself & kept asking why I wasn't seeing my old specialist because he was better. Then during procedure was whispering with his assistant but told me everything was fine. You will wait long periods of time for your appointments.

I chose this office for an elective procedure. Before the procedure they were very up front and had great communication, were very helpful trying to find options to work with my insurance. For the follow up appointment all of a sudden there was an additional fee of 165$ that had never been mentioned and was being requested at a point that I felt I had no way to seek another option. The doctor's bedside manner was okay, I always felt like he was a bit rushed and he made a lot of jokes with his staff during the procedure. Overall, this office is on the low end of acceptable and I would suggest making sure you specifically ask if any quoted prices are going to include every cost to try to avoid having some surprise fees at the end.

I had a vasectomy here a few days ago and everyone was super nice and friendly. From the front desk lady's to the nurse and doctor. My only reason for no five stars is the wait can be quite long. so make sure your phone is charged.

Rude staff! Lady calls me and says she has been trying to get a hold of me for my $45 balance. She was lucky she called while I was driving in-between clients. She asked me with a condescending voice, can you pay this right now? I told her no I am driving to my next client I told her she had not tried to get ahold of me. I did have a missed call and 2 bills in the mail. She tell me well it's getting ready to go to collections and also you have an appointment on the 16th. I said well I guess I can mail a check out and I said oh wait a minute I don't have stamps. And to be honest I don't know what was said after that I don't even know she was RUDE!
