Seeing the other reviews, I'm not wrong to put a single star after requesting a medicine more than 5 days ago, preventing me from running out. I didn't have a clear message because my order was not ready, and even more so if my Primary Dr had already sent it, to part of their schedule that is very inconvenient not at all comfortable I never thought I would ever have to complain about this chain of pharmacies

A few months back we used to have our prescriptions here but I ended up transferring them back to my pharmacy in Cary, because I could never get them to answer the phone to refill my son's prescription. It couldn't be placed on auto refill so I would have to call to request a refill every time and they just simply wouldn't answer the phone. I had to end up going through the drive-thru to request a refill. The drive-thru alone took forever and then of course I would have to go through the second time to pick up the prescription. Then today I had to go there because I needed something from the pharmacy quickly and it's the only one around. The prices on the shelf are completely inaccurate. Three things that I took to the counter were all completely different prices. Not just a couple cents b

Worst experience ever. My doctor sent in a prescription on the 24th which was a Thursday. This was a controlled substance, and the "staff" told me I couldn't pick it up until Saturday the 26th because of insurance. This is a months supply and it had been 31 days since the last one was filled. I understood the insurance thing and said no problem. I live in southern Lee County and it's a good 20 minute drive out there. I drove up there Saturday to pick them up and the store was closed with a sign to call south Horner blvd. store for prescriptions. Apparently the store on Spring Lane was closed because someone was "sick". I've worked for Walgreens and I've never heard of an entire store closing because one person was sick. I thought, perhaps, they had taken the medications to that

No weekends, out of common medication all the time. They do not care if the medicine you are taking is out, I am sure I'm not alone but, I have meds I cannot run out of.

Have been trying since Friday to pick up my prescription but both times that I have gone to the store it was closed. This was during their normal posted business hours. Tried to have prescription transferred to another location but they wouldn't do it because it's a controlled substance but also cannot answer questions as to why that location is closed?
