Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Sanford - NC

I decided to give them a try since every other urgent care in Sanford had over a 2 hour wait time. They had no wait time and they got us in an out. They were very good with my autistic son! Alex (provider) is very sweet, great with kids, and she takes her time to listen. They will definitely be my go-to for urgent care matters. Another plus is they see children starting at 6 months.

This place was great. The staff was amazing the nurse practitioner I think she was I'm sure. I was really feeling bad didn't pay that much attention to her badge. She was very attentive had a great bedside manner and prescribed what I needed for this ear infection. Yes, I will definitely visit again.

What a great place! My son needed stitches after a fall during a basketball game at 7:15 pm. This place closes at 8 pm but they took him anyway and did a great job with his stitches. They did an X-ray on his foot too just to be thorough. We had been turned away at first health at 6:45 ish and they still had 45 min until they closed too but refused to see him. We won’t be going back there now that we’ve found this urgent care. Highly recommend!

Fast Pace did a great job of helping me out quickly with my back cramps. Everyone was friendly, competent, and so helpful. I would definitely go there again if the need arises and would recommend them highly.
