We had a wonderful visit with Back to the Basics concerning our son's recent diagnosis with diabetes. The care he received from Dr. Patterson and Miss Jackie was exceptional. They listened attentively to our concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Dr P is the best. Even though we’ve moved away, we continue to see Dr P. We drive 4 hours for our children’s yearly check ups and we are more than willing to do so because of the quality and personal care we receive. Dr P takes a lot of time with his patients and treats them more like friends than clients. He educates us on any concerns or questions we have and allows us to make our own informed medical decisions rather than pushing an agenda. He always treats our family with kindness and respect. He has even taken time on his off days to call me personally when I had medical concerns. Oh and his staff is very friendly and personable too. Thanks for all you do Dr P.

Dr. Patterson and his staff are always responsive and helpful. Dr. Patterson takes the time necessary to address questions and follows up with an email if he feels further research is needed or if he wants to provide additional information based on my questions or requests. He and his staff are excellent care givers!

Dr and staff are amazing! I've been a patient for a few years and have never felt more listened to, cared for and most importantly healthy. Dr P listens to your concerns and works with you to get you on the right track. His knowledge, expertise and compassion are truly what sets him apart! His nurses and office staff are friendly and professional, making sure everything is running smoothly.

Just moved to NC and was looking for a PCP. Met a woman who highly recommended this doctor. Saw online that they were taking new patients. Filled out my paperwork and turned it into the office in person. Website said it could take up to two weeks for an appt. Three weeks passed and I never heard from them. Left a voicemail on their machine but no call back. I called them and they stated they didn't get a voicemail. They also stated they haven't been accepting new patients for over a month!!!! I asked her why I wasn't told that when I dropped off my paperwork and she didn't have a reply. Even if he is a good doctor that can't make up for an incompetent office staff! How ridiculous!!!!
