Sam, the audiologist, was really easy to talk to. He understood what I was going through, and offered solutions. For years I had been relying on the lesser expensive aids to fix my hearing problems. As I pondered what he told me, I decided it was time to go big or go home. It's only been a day and a half, but I am sure I made the right choice with Sam's guidance, but not an overzealous sales pitch. Time will tell if I made the right choice, but at this early juncture, I am glad to be hearing everything again.

Nice to hear thinks ,even my blinker in my truck or walking across gravel still need to get them tuned only had them 2 days now .can't wait for the tune up 90 percent lost hearing here.

Sam and Bill are very friendly and professional. The whole process was very easy, and easy to understand. The hearing aids I received are top of the line with many features, of which were explained well. This place has a very down- to- earth, family feel to it for being a large company.
