I had the best dental experience from beginning to end. The front desk staff were amazing. She worked with my schedule so my dental needs would be covered by my insurance before my coverage ended due to moving. I was very anxious at my appointment but Dr. Kim’s assistant Angel helped ease my nerves by showing me kindness and compassion. She is the best! Dr. Kim’s other assistant was wonderful too. She would talk to me which would help keep my mind calm. Dr. Kim was very professional, caring, kind and gentle. I needed a root canal and he referred me to a great place to have it done. I had four previous root canals by a different doctor and had terrible experiences with them. The doctor Dr. Kim sent me to did a phenomenal job. I did not have any pain. I love this place. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Dr. Kim is such a great dentist who cares about his patients. The hygienist Kennedy is so sweet and very thorough. Highly recommend for those moving to the Sanford area in need of a dentist.

Amazing experience with the front desk, hygienist and Dr Kim. Very personable, kind and knowledgeable. They were able to see me last minute and get me the help I needed. I am forever grateful and will be a life long patient!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. From the time I walked through the door it was a professional experience! The lady's at the front desk are very welcoming, not making it a stressful visit in anyway what so ever. Are patient with you through any part of the process as well. Doctor Kim does amazing work, very professional and quick.I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any dental work in this area as well as the surrounding ones.
