Walgreens Pharmacy

I wanted to give a shout out to Yadiselle who is a pharmacy technician at Walgreens 3535 Mt.Read Blvd, Rochester, NY. I have been dealing with this location for a little over 6 years. Yadiselle is by far the most helpful person that I have ever worked with at this location. My prescription refills tend to be a little more difficult then most and she took the time to help work everything out for me, so that I could get my meds in a reasonable amount of time. I guess she hasn't been with the company for very long, but you would never be able to tell by speaking with her. Hopefully, Walgreens doesn't screw it up and they treat her right. This is exactly the right type of person that needs to be in the pharmacy helping people. I know customers can be unappreciative and can give a hard time to

Service has completely tanked. The kids behind the counter are condescending. Especially one young lady with glasses. Today I called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes only to have them finally answer and tell me they were out of the common prescription I was after. Done

I get to the drive thru lane and wait for 15 minutes. I get to the front of the line and find out they are not done yet. They tell me to drive back around and get back in line. This isn’t necessary because I was already at the window. Just waste my time ? Thank you for showing me why I need to go somewhere else. The attitude was unnecessary and wait time is crazy long. I would recommend never using this place.

The gentleman working the register was very polite and kind. Way better experience than the family dollar down the street.

Rite aid on Dewey and stone closed. Got transferred over here. Nice staff. Quick service and there is a RED BOX :)
