Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They always have a line going up an entire aisle in the store, and a line at the drive through window. You would think this would at least prompt the staff to walk faster but they don’t. 9 out of 10 times I go there is a problem. A prescription is not automatically filled, they text you to authorize it to be filled then after you do that you have to wait sometimes days for them to fill it. As you might imagine that is a problem for meds that your life depends on. I would not recommend this pharmacy. The staff even joked one day about how they had someone who had been waiting at the drive through for awhile. I have been waiting 4 days for a psych med to be filled.

Told me my script wasn't due when it was. Got the date wrong on my script. Made me wait an hour and then told me it would be ready first thing in the morning because they were too lazy to fill it because they closed in 5 min. Like I wasn't there early enough an hour before they close. Don't have this or that, blah blah. Worst pharmacy chain ever. Saratoga location is even worse.

The service here is getting ridiculous. Why do we have to wait 24 to 48 hours to pick up a prescription.

Most of the employees at the main area are down to earth and helpful. Pharmacy on the other hand is so bad. I was with them for 14 years and now I use Walmart which says something bc I don't like Walmart lol. Ever since Jill and Scott left the pharmacy has gone down hill so fast all customers have whiplash. Do you know Walgreens got on Joan Scott's case that they weren't going fast enough when people never waited they did so many scripts a day like a thousand and now the new pharmacist that they keep changing say they do at Max 100 which is kind of sad. So if you want a medication done quick please do not use this pharmacy. They are really bad at what they do.
