If you’re not feeling well and you can’t get into your regular doctors office for a visit this is the best alternative out there. I showed up filled out a minimal amount of documentation and was in with the doctor in less than 10 minutes. They diagnosed me gave me a treatment plan and I was on my way. If you don’t like sitting in a waiting room for your appointment this is great. Total time in the building was a little less than 30 minutes. Great experience! I highly recommend. This is obviously not for any major issue. But the care was good and everyone was also very friendly. Cold, flu, covid, stomach bugs. Things of that nature are handled very efficiently at this establishment.

Better than a Dr.s office. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with professionalism, efficiency and most of all a sense of understanding of my health concerns. I was surprised that the wait time was minimal. The staff that takes the vitals were just as accommodating and possess the ability to put a person who is not in their most shining moment at ease. Nurse practitioner Rachelle Guidry was the most compassionate and knowledgeable health care provider I have seen in a very long time. This place is a great model of how health care should be.

Great place for kids... play Pac Man and even enjoy a slushie while you wait! Nice Keurig coffee station to for us adults. Quickly check your in and wait time wasn't horribly long... Nurses were great! Thanks!

The moment. Walked in the door I knew I was in the right place ! Well Care is conveniently located in Oneonta on the main strip right next to work dental where I had my next order of business to conduct … the receptionist was quick courteous and very helpful …very clean environment a dusk slurpy machine water tea and coffee available in addition to a dusl slurpy machine ( for all those sore throats lol like mine !) there was huge a Pac-Man gaming device to play while waiting !!! I was seem rapidly professionally from the Intake person to Dr Henderson to the rn who took my labs it was an overall wonderful experience !!! The best part is that Dr Henderson was on the phone to cooperstown ordering my referral to an ENT ! Ear nose and throat Dr. before I was even at the counter as it’s a suspi

I had such a great experience at Well Now. Usually urgent care is a matter of waiting in a room full of sick patients , but here, there was no waiting. I called for an appointment, pre registered and got right in. The nurse practitioners there are so kind and courteous. Also the staff who assists were very kind. It makes a big difference when you are treated with respect and kindness at a time when you are not feeling your best. Thanks again well now!
