Lara is fantastic! She was able to work around my schedule to get me an appointment time that worked for me AND was really accommodating when I ended up running late. Her office has a fantastic atmosphere; very quiet and relaxing (the location is great, too!). Before my massage she made sure that she knew of any pain or trouble areas that I had and worked with those. She did a really great job and I would 100% recommend her to anyone that asked!

I've been going to a chiropractor to try to regain full mobility in my left shoulder and reduce the pain in it when I reach my arm behind my back. In one session with Lara, I have almost no pain and almost full mobility in that shoulder! She listened to the me and my needs. I waited a week before reviewing simply because I wanted to see what the shoulder would be like in a week. Feels great! I could have reviewed Lara's skills and professionalism right away. She's top notch!! Highly recommend!! 😊

I had my first massage with Lara today and it was amazing. I went in tired and achy after a busy weekend working. She got rid of the shoulder pain I’ve had for a month, as well as the foot, knee and hip pain that’s been excruciating the past week. I am looking forward to another massage asap!
