Bearable Dentistry

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Saw Polgard. Came here, hated it, the doctor wiped my face with bloody gauze and I left a bad review. 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail threatening to sue me for “defamation” because of my review. Opposite of being an upstanding business owner. Still disgusted at this experience.

Dr.Traistaru is amazing. I had a cracked root canal that needed an urgent extraction and he was able to get me in immediately for an appointment. It was my first time having a tooth extracted without general anesthesia and I was beyond nervous, but it went super smoothly. Tammy is great, she talked me through everything and they both made sure that I was very comfortable before pulling the tooth. I recommend this dentist to anyone who is having a hard time finding someone who makes them feel comfortable!

I have had much dental work done in the past and by excellent dentists. Dr Traistaru is right up there with the best. Incredible ablility to work with my schedule, which means I dont have to take time off work aside from maybe leaving a little early on the days more extensive work needs to be done. Other than that, great receptionist, great Dr, great experience. I pay in cash and extensive work is very expensive, but he is gracious and is willing to work with me, and for that I am thankful.

Building and some of the equipment is old but you will still get superb service here by people who seem to genuinely care about your health. Had none of the issues here that I dealt with at another large corporate dentist office (abbreviations are AD) in town. Hadn't seen a dentist in well over a year and never once heard the word "cavity" from anyone at this office. My cleaning was fantastic with very little pain and my gums weren't destroyed. They actually felt perfectly fine after. Will happily use this practice again in the future.

Needed a simple extraction done immediately on an infected molar, I called nearly every dentistry I could even going as far away as Kingston with every response being I needed a consultation first and then to be put on a waiting list months out as their oral surgeons only came in two days a month. Even after explaining how much it was affecting my mood and focus aside from the pain, taking antibiotics just for it to get reinfected, no one would help. Called Bearable Dentistry and they got me in the same day, extracted the molar as well as one behind it. Cannot speak highly enough about the services provided and so grateful for them! It's crazy how hard it is to find emergency oral services.
