Very welcoming staff, especially the hygienist Page who immediately put me at ease, obviously very professional and made this nervous patient not nearly as anxious. Dr. Alex has been wonderful.as well.

What a phenomenal practice!! The staff is caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They’re busy (understandably!) but it’s worth the wait to join their practice ❤️

I really can't say enough about my experience with Otsego Dental Care. At this point I've had quite a few appointments, from a cleaning to an extraction and various procedures in between. Each time left thinking how thrilled I am to be a patient of theirs. I've been a patient of a few other establishments over the years and this bunch is probably the nicest and most professional group of people I've ever met. From Alyson and Carly at the front desk to Dr. Decker, hygienist Taylor. Stephanie and Dr. Heinzerling especially, saving the day on numerous occasions. What has meant the most to me is their willingness to validate my concerns/discomfort, a breath of fresh air.

YES! I FOUND MY DENTIST! Went here for the first time today after a horrible experience with Aspen Dental in Oneonta NY. The staff at Otsego Dental is professional, kind and really want to understand what is going on! The dentist was an absolute angel. I was emotional leaving because I felt so well taken care of. Thank you!

I cannot overstate my appreciation for the professionalism afforded me by Dr. Decker, Wendy, Taylor, Tiffany and Allison. An initial treatment plan by Aspen Dental included sedated extraction of two teeth by an oral surgeon & grinding down 4 additional (healthy) adjacent teeth to secure 2 bridges @ $13K; all of which were unnecessary! Dr. D and staff instead performed three crowns, a root canal and two fillings with NO EXTRACTIONS at less than half the cost; not once did I experience ANY pain. I simply cannot imagine better care. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. I am very grateful, thank you!
