Walgreens Pharmacy

I went to the one in miamisburg. It's open24/7 as well. I work 2nds so it's a perfect stop not only for the prices but for there staff that works after midnight. To all. You rock.

Mr. Paul the pharmacist was working really hard, answering telephones, dispensing medications, and working the cash register. He gets 5 stars for working hard all while maintaining a good attitude. Walgreens pharmacy you are the only pharmacy in the area open all night so you are getting so many prescriptions from all nearby ERs, not sure why you only had one worker. He is doing the work of 3 people, Walgreens I hope you hire more workers.

For the most part the pharmacy is fine. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My one dislike is that they don't seem to have enough help. The line is almost long and the people working move slowly.

Drive through line is always long and takes a very long time... So be prepared to wait... (Even in the middle of the night) I'm a medical billing & coding specialist, and my aunt wants to get all of her meds on one particular day, Instead of having to go to Walgreens 12 times a month to pick up 12 different prescriptions... Well, Walgreens in Miamisburg told her that they can not get all of her meds filled on one day a month and the store specialist said she should have them delivered. Well, that would BE GREAT if disabled individuals insured by Medicaid/Medicare Could do that, but unlike what their advertisement says, they do charge for prescription delivery,& those insurance companies do not cover the delivery fee. I know for a fact that it's a pharmacy's job to do exactly what my aunt

This place has gone downhill in a hurry here recently. The drive-thru is a mess. I've been told numerous times that they had to contact my provider for refills when my provider had already sent the requests in, after waiting 30 minutes in line. Then when I contacted the provider and they told me the date that it was called in I informed Walgreens of the date it was called in and miraculously they found it. I'm switching to Krogers. There's a reason for the low stars. I hope someone takes notice and does something about the help in the drive-thru.
