Great atmosphere, helpful staff, great Nurses and PAs. Dr. Alappatt is one of the best in his field. He works with patients to make informed decisions for your individual needs. Dr. Mallory takes care of all my needs and has the best bedside manner. Easy to talk to, she explains things thoroughly. She answers questions promptly. Wonderful place if you need a Rheumatologist. And if you ever run into Angie, we'll tell her I say hi. Lol.

After checking in at the front desk, I didn’t have to wait long before being taken to the exam room. The nurse came quickly and asked questions about my pains and medications I was taking. She left the room to discuss this information with the doctor. She returned with Dr Alappatt who showed concern about my pains. He ordered scans to be taken right in the exam room and took a sample from my foot. He examined the sample and concluded it was gout tophi. The doctor discussed with me a treatment plan. Dr Alappatt showed concern and knowledge about how to best manage my gout condition. Before I left his office dr Alappatt ordered bloodwork. The lab is on the same floor! How convenient. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk to exam room to the lab. I highly recommend Dr Ala

The ladies in the infusion area are kind and provide an easing experience. I would highly suggest that the office open before 8:00 to check in patients so their 8:00 appointments start on time. I saw several patients waiting in the parking lot. This was very frustrating.

They listened very carefully to what I had to say and asked more questions to make sure they understood my condition. I am very happy that I was referred to them. I feel very thankful and comfortable with them taking me as a patient.

The physicians and staff are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The facility itself is beautiful—featuring stunning artwork, gleaming floors, mirror finishes, touchless faucets, and other thoughtfully designed accessible features. I highly recommend this place.
