Dayton Children's Outpatient and Urgent Care Center - Springboro

Between illness and injuries and three children I've been here many times. The staff checking you in is always friendly and professional. The nurses and doctors are always fantastic with the kids. They are knowledgeable and caring and actually explain to my child, not just me, what is going on with whatever the issue is. And in my personal experience the wait usually isn't too bad

I only take my children to springboro children’s. Whether the urgent care or ER you get treated with respect and almost immediate care. You are never waiting long to be seen. This morning specifically, my 9 month old saw Dr Connor in the ER. He was very respectful, listened, explained, and was so kind to us. The nurses, and front desk all super friendly and compassionate. Truly by far the best location! Thank you for all you do!

This hospital's ENT department is subpar. My son had 3 different ear infections that were severe and enough to cause our son to punch himself to the point of bruising his face. We did the right thing and asked for an ENT referral and was seen at this campus. The ENT saw our son's autism diagnosis and asked us how many ear infections our son has had, and the other normal questions to determine what to do. She looked in his ears and explained that his tubes were out and they'll fall out on their own, but she didn't see an infection. We asked what we should do because he keeps getting ear infections. She said we should personally call her and tell her when we think he has an ear infection so she can see for herself. It was almost like she didn't believe us and refused to do anything. 5 sever

The care here was exceptional! It was quick and everyone (registration, x-ray, assistants, and nurses) was helpful and incredibly kind! Was our first time here and I was impressed. Would highly recommend if your kiddo is injured!

I took my 10 month old to the emergency room due to having high fevers and I was concerned of dehydration as well. As a first time mom, we have 100 different questions and concerns and aren’t always treated with sensitivity. Everyone at this facility, starting at the front desk, was extremely careful and sensitive to my daughter and I. Dr Caroline Kearney sat directly next to me and asked me what my concerns were and sent me home 110% confident on how to help my daughter and ran through what she did and did not do as far as testing and why. My daughter was quite fussy as she was in pain and just uneasy, but we both felt safe and taken care of. I wish every place was this kind and sensitive with their patients. Thank you kindly to every nurse who helped us and especially Dr Caroline. We wil
