Pure Time Massage

Went in for a couples massage, paid $215 for my husband and I to get a 60min massage and 30min foot massage. We were able to be in the same room together, which was great but the 2 therapist talked the ENTIRE time! Then my therapist’s phone kept going off right in my ear, over and over. At one point she went as far as to stop my massage so she could text! My husband’s therapist kept leaving in the middle of his massage to deal with customers coming in! Did she do anything to make up for that time?? NOPE! His massage ended the same time mine did. Then for my foot massage I know for a fact the lady massaged one foot a lot longer than the other, I got maybe 5-10mins on the 2nd foot. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, this place is far from relaxing!! Then when we went to leave, I still tip

Avoid at all costs. I went in for a 60 min foot massage. The foot massage was painful and did not feel good at all. Massage therapist kept getting up frequently to answer the phone, but did not add more time to my massage. I paid for 60 minutes when it was truly a 35 minute massage. I tried to walk out but they insisted on me leaving a tip. I truly believe this place is a scam.

I go here whenever I’m in town and it is hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. The prices are amazing and it’s the only place I’ve been able to find that does a hard enough massage for me. I think I’ve had a different masseuse every time and they’re always so calming and wonderful.

3 stars for the massage, it felt good but I was uncomfortable on the fact that once I paid with my debit card for a hour massage I was asked if I wanted to put the tip on my card I said no I have some loose change in my purse. I pulled out $5 and the masseuse asked me if I had more money or do I want to re swipe my card to add the tip because the $75 for the hour massage that I just paid wasn’t enough!! I was told they work off tips I added another $5 tip which made $10 and after the massage I ended up tipping another $10 which made $20 but I just didn’t like the fact I was TOLD to tip more!!! I may not return I will go where not TOLD what to tip

I scheduled 90 minute full body massage at Pure Time Massage last Sunday. I had just completed a 3-1/2 hour drive and was experiencing some discomfort in my L4 region along with chronic pain from a rotator cuff injury. The staff was very friendly and courteous and they assigned Coco to provide the massage treatment. Coco is very professional. She used a translator device to determine my needs and to get feedback during the session. I was very pleased with the massage, Coco and with the friendliness of the Staff and the cleanliness of the spa. I will be a regular customer Pure Time Massage and Coco.
