Kettering Health Miamisburg

The ER was very professional and helpful with all the tests they performed. After I was admitted not one other test was performed in the 12 hours I was there before I left AMA. At least 5 or 6 different doctors walked in asked me a question and talked about something they’d like to try then left and i never saw them again. Long story short there was 0 communication between staff and I. Even when I was discharged I was given no diagnoses or paperwork whatsoever.

As I make my monthly payments for 2 surgeries in 2025 it irks me to no end that Kettering double dipped on me last year. Yes, it's been a year since my horrible experience here. I had a Kidney stone in early Febraury, 2025, ended up at the Miamisburg Kettering Hospital for an overnight stay. Was in extreme pain, had to find my own way to my room, which doubled as a storage closet. Then had to figure out how to lower the bed myself as it was shoulder high. I will not say her name, but then nurse J was next to join in this nightmare. She barely spoke English and had no clue what to do. I was in extreme pain, she kept leaving the room coming back with more medication. I was desperate, so I took it. No clue who was instructing her as to what to give me as I never saw a doctor, AT ALL, that nig

They always treat me with kindness, patience and respect. That means so much to a person who feels so alone when it comes to that person feeling so alone because of what the ailment is you know what the living is like and the overall every day. The whole campus is awesome....... I have to say much more empathetic and respectful than Miami Valley hospital. But that's just my opinion, or maybe not. 🤔

ER nurse just said she cant create a room to be empty. All I did was ask a question because my daughter is in so much pain. These young people have no compassion for anyone. My daughter has had colon and liver cancer. This girl needs fired. 10/4 at 631 pm.
