Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could have rated them Zero Stars, I would have. Hands down the most unprofessional interaction I've had with any business. The pharmacy shorted my young sons very important prescription. I first spoke with a young lady in the pharmacy who understandably could not help me. I then asked to speak with whoever could within the pharmacy. I assumed they would get the actual pharmacist or someone else in that department able to help. I was then transferred to the store manager on duty, Artie. Artie proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not measuring the liquid myself before leaving. Also tried to refuse telling me his superiors name. I asked for it as they need to know what is going on with those employed by the company, and what they are doing.

I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes and the person working ignored me and was only helping sporadic customers that were arriving. She did not have any customers and did not bother to come to the window. This happened on Monday 4/15 at 7:22pm. Whoever was working during this time should be fired and disciplined on courtesy and respect. There was a pharmacist and another woman working. I left and needed my medicine. Why have the drive thru if you are going to be ignored.

I know it’s a chain pharmacy but they treat me like it’s a small drugstore/pharmacy. I always have trouble with NYSIF and the staff at the pharmacy is always patient always helps me. I have been using Walgreens primarily for 23 yrs and this location is one of the best. They know my name they always help and go the extra mile.

Take forever to answer the phone and put people on hold for hours

Actually, zero stars. They wouldn't post w/o a star rating. Very rude pharmacy staff. They actually ignore you when you patiently wait in line. If you do not speak up you will be left there unattended. Unbelievable! I will NEVER go back.
