Dental365 – Medford

Honestly I would have given them a 5 star review, however, there was one tech assistant that said something that ruined the experience. Let me first of all say the facility was beautiful and clean. The receptionist was lovely and the tech assistant Assigned to me was pleasant as well. The doctor was knowledgeable and also extremely kind as well. That being said when another assistant, an elder Caucasian female, asked my assistant what brought me in she scoffed and said " so she waited until Now to get checked out" with an extremely condescending tone. This woman even made it a point to make my assistant repeat the reason for my visit to someone else to emphasize that it was basically my negligence. As someone in the medical field who works full time, this individual should know better t

The team here is genuine, caring, and take pride in what they do. Kind, gentle, and result orienting are how they operate. Easily the best dentist I have been to and will continue to see this office going forward 👍

Very clean and friendly place. I was very happy until they showed me a big hole in my tooth exactly to my relative x-ray; so I went to another dentist because I was suspicious I brought my X-ray the dentist didn’t found anything; she did a new X-ray I never had any hole 🤔

Very clean and friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in. Desk receptionists are great. Dr. Kalaie and his assistant made you feel at ease throughout the visit!

The office staff is extremely nice and friendly. Went in due to dental floss being stuck in a tooth. They did not charge me. Based on that small experience I would definitely go back
