Everyone is simply amazing. I googled this place for my PT and from my first call with Kerri ( a doll. So nice.)To Herb and Dotty. Not only am I receiving PT , they also are extremely kind and genuine. You can tell how much they love what they do and that they care about each one of their patients. I’ve been coming since October and I love seeing them all. They seen me at my worst and still show care and concern. I’m grateful to them and will never forget what they have done for me. After having full right knee replacement, I was concerned about regaining full motion and having limited strength. After I was released from in home PT I attended Provident. The staff has been amazing with accommodating my very tight schedule. I saved the best for last!!! I absolutely can not say enough about my Physical Therapist, Herb. I started with high expectations of myself and what he could do to help me. He has far exceeded what I thought I was able to accomplish. I just had my 12 week follow-up with my orthopedist and needless to say he was elated over my progress. I NEVER could have accomplished the mobility and strength without the help of Herb. I need my left knee done in the near future and don't dread the outcome because I know I have the winning ticket with Herb.

Everyone there was really nice. Herb was my therapist and he was great. Always in a good mood, always having everyone laugh. He really helped me with my back and I always felt good when I left. Kerry, who answered the phone was also great and very accommodating as my schedule changed a lot. I would definitely use this facility again. Herb is the glue to that location 👍🏼🙂
