Excellent practice! Everyone is welcoming, professional, and kind! The Dentist and Hygienist took the time to explain and show exactly what you needed. They were patient and willing to answer any questions that you may have. For a dental experience, this was wonderful.

I highly recommend this Smilist of Medford for their exceptional care and professionalism. They are always prompt, attentive, and truly compassionate—especially during emergency situations. Dr. DeSivo is a caring, honest Dentist who puts his patients needs as top priority. I had an emergency and he really put my mind at ease with the course of action he recommended… all is well now. It’s so reassuring to know you’re in capable hands when you need urgent care.

Always friendly. Staff is wonderful. It's about the patient not the money. I hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years because of other health issues. If you have been putting off going to a dentist, call the Smillist group. You won't regret it.

Dr. Yang was thoughtful, caring helpful and thoroughly professional. She took time to to show me and explain my issues and my options. Her assistant Christina was also helpful, respectful and thorough. Jessica, my hygienist, was very respectful, and thoroughly professional in her work. Lisa from the front office was also very respectful and thoroughly professional in explaining all my options. GREAT JOB BY ALL!!!

The office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Desivo were very professional and kind. It was very easy to get an appointment and their hours are flexible. The office is clean. Dr. Desivo and his dental assistants on both visits were very thorough. They explained everything and were very gentle throughout my procedure. Highly recommended!
