Raio Dental Medford

.another wonderful experience at Raio dental. I was scheduled to get my permanent bridge,however,there was a mishap with the lab and Dr. Parker was dissatisfied with it. Instead of the visit being a waste of time I was able to have other.work started. Paula G the assistant was extremely calming and caring while I was having my work done. Above my expectations. I can't say enough wonderful things about this office.

I cant begin to describe the care I have received and still continue to receive at Raio Dental! I went from not walking into a dentist office in quite some time to walking into Raio dental and getting a complete mouth overhaul. I am so grateful for the staff (Paula, Ashley, Bernice) and especially Dr. Swainson and Paula For making me feel at ease since day one. Thank You for my new smile

The staff is very nice, however they double book. The last time I was there, last week, I left afer waiting 45 minutes after my appointment. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time that they did this. I was there a few weeks prior for a cleaning and I waited in the chair 20 minutes before they actually started cleaning. I understand that things happen but it's happened on many other occasions before these past two. Oh well onto the next dentist. I’m done with this place.

Everyone there is super professional and nice. I am someone who deals with severe panic attacks and crippling anxiety of people that close to me. And they work with me every step of the way to make sure I’m comfortable as possible. They explained the process and next steps during any procedure. Amy truly grateful

This office really is amazing - I had a really great experience and glad to be an existing patient. Highly recommend.
