Walgreens Pharmacy

A lot of times they are closed when supposed to be open, over 30 minute wait time to Pick up your medicine or get someone on the phone normally. Transfered to hometown, they are nice, fast, and polite.

It took them 2 hours to get my toddlers antibiotics for his strep throat lined out. I got a text from Walgreens saying the prescription was recieved at 11:54am. His doctor is in Springfield, Lebonan walgreen was on the way home and has a drive through and is the last pharmacy before home which is an additional 43 minutes away. I got to Walgreens at 12:42pm. The prescription wasn’t ready, then they called to say they actually didn’t have it. Then had to call his doctor back to change the script, then they had lunch. I was told to not take my sick 2 year old with strep into public for 48 hours post appointment so I waited and waited in my truck with my screaming sick toddler, 7 months pregnant. Then after their lunch they still didn’t have the order in yet, finally at 2:40 it was ready. I do

Always extremely slow in drive thru and inside the store always at least a 10 to 15 min wait before someone even acknowledges your there

Worst pharmacy ive ever been to waited an hour for my newborns script while he was screaming in pain and they never even started filling it told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes i left without my sons medicine will never go back! Extremely rude staff Also.

The pharmacy is not open because there is no pharmacist on duty most of the time when the store is open . ABSOLUTELY no reliability in this pharmacy at all to be open when needed .
