Hometown Pharmacy

All the people who work at Hometown Pharmacy make you feel that they care about you and your family. If you have a problem, they will listen to your questions and try to help all they can. Their is also a punch card that ever time you go their and spend money you get a whole punch. After 10 punches, the card is worth $10.00 of merchandise from inside the pharmacy.

I had been in the ER for 8 hours feeling awful and just was picking my script up on the way home the ER sent it to Walgreens. They sent it in at 12 i got there at 3 and they said it would be an hour. So long story short I waited 2 and a half hours at Walgreens and still no script. I asked them to send it to hometown pharmacy and they had it filled and no complaints within 10 minutes of my provider calling them. IM MOVING ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS. I should’ve just came here in the first place!! Always go to your independent pharmacists!

Had to go here because my pharmacy shut down. Will never go back. Do not communicate. Ended up paying $70 for some ear drops because they couldnt take the time to let me know the doctor didnt send over another perscription like i asked them to so i could call them before they closed if need be. Will never go back. Shouldnt have continuesly follow up.

Well into our trip I realized I had forgotten my necessary medication at home. We pulled into Hometown and they contacted my home pharmacy, filled my script, and treated us like one of their constant customers. Highly recommend them!

Repeated incompetence. Will not assist with insurance issues. They are not friendly. They'll make you wait an hour to put a label on a bottle. The second time they couldn't get what I was prescribed I tried to transfer my scripts. It took 4 request and a week for them to release my scripts to another pharmacy. Even then, they did not give my refills or correct dates. When my doctor called regarding the issue with refills they gave my doctor the wrong information. This place absolutely does not value your business and lacks the ability to value your health.
