Lydia does an amazing job! She tailors to whatever your needs are. I am 20 weeks pregnant and she has been wonderful my whole pregnancy with finding different ways to keep me relaxed! Her pressure is perfect and she uses the best tools to help with relaxation. I couldn’t ask for a better massage therapist!

Lydia is truly best! I’ve booked a relaxation and therapeutic massage with her and both times she did amazing. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and I like that she utilizes tools like cupping and heated bamboo. I would 100% recommend her services!

Go for the massage! Like most things, I tend to be picky about quality, and loyal when I find it. When my previous LMT retired, I searched for someone who would be a good fit for me to receive massage and found Lydia. Seriously was such a good pick! She listened attentively and provided massage that was super relaxing and worked out the tension that I carry throughout my body. The environment was super soothing, too. I plan to be a regular! 😊
