I asked for assistance in finding an item and the two ladies stocking could only point me in a general direction. NOT the service you should receive. The lady helping me checkout was busy with customers and she was answering the phone, too. Maybe that should be delegated to the ladies stocking & talking with one another. The customers at the checkout should be her priority! She had no assistance and a big line while talking on the phone! Pharmacy area is always available and busy. Last time my husband and I were there, however, the lady didn't know how to handle checking people in for immunizations and it was a big mess! Employees need to be trained, beforehand, and not while helping customers who have appointments. We had to wait almost 2 hours. Management needs to TRAIN some empl

when You go shopping for something, The Employees will try to get You to buy more than what You need or want & They will try to push it on You, even if You say no to the item. it takes a few times say no to stop the sales pitch.

This place sucks!! I’ve placed pickup order at a certain time every time I’ve gotten a prescription then they tell me they don’t have it or it’s not ready! Went in today they said they didn’t have it when they did they, they just didn’t want to count it!! I was told it would be on truck tomorrow after placing a pickup order for today and the lady was like “I can see what I can do if u absolutely need it”… obviously a dead giveaway that this lady just didn’t wanna do her job… one of the easiest jobs out there yet you have the most laziest people who don’t wanna work!! Do better!!!

If you have to go to the Walgreens in Lebanon, Missouri look for Ursula. She is fantastic. She's friendly. She will help you with couponing. She will help you find things very friendly. Very patient and just fantastic

Staff has always been pleasant but the Pharmacy has longstanding ongoing problems staffing and will often close for days at a time. This is a major issue as people need medications and this is a priority. The Pharmacy is Unreliable due to Walgreen's inability to staff key positions.
