The pharmacist is really great! Bethany is so nice and efficient, I really like her. She goes above and beyond!

These ladies went above and beyond to help me out with a shot I needed for school. Every single person I interacted with while I was here couldn’t have been kinder. Give these girls a raise!!

Extremely unprofessional. They will treat you like a drug addict when that is certainly not the case. After proving that I was in the right, I asked for an apology. I am still waiting on that apology. As someone who has battled addiction, I find their behavior completely unacceptable, and I take their attack very personally.

I don't typically need/get prescription medication, but when I do it will NOT be from Mercy Pharmacy again. Morning appointment for workman's comp and they sent a script to Mercy Pharmacy. I arrived around 3 pm thinking that it should be ready. Fast forward 2 hours of me sitting there and then not having it even called in and I had enough. I went and asked for my workman's comp paper that I let them use to try to help speed up the process. When I asked the gal for my paper she slowly retrieved the paper and returned it to me in a snotty manner. After leaving not more than 5 minutes later I get a call saying that it's ready. How mighty convenient. I would drive to Kansas City before getting any scripts at Mercy Pharmacy.
