Walgreens Pharmacy

I love Walgreens pharmacy. Always on top of my scripts, texts me when ready to refill & when ready for pickup. Lines are usually short but if several ppl the lines go quickly. If there's ever a problem Walgreens calls or texts to work it through before you arrive

I understand when a pharmacy has to close for an emergency, but they also should have someone manning the phone for Patients to be able to ask questions or transfer prescriptions.

The worst experience in the world today in this pharmacy In front of me, a woman put up a sign that no more people would be served because it was 8 o'clock when I had already been waiting for minutes to be attended to, without saying a word they almost left until I hit the glass and an employee asked me for my ID for my high blood pressure pills. They had never asked me before... the result is that I don't have my medications with me for two days because they didn't have them ready yesterday either. Never attend this pharmacy if you want to be treated with respect. In the photo she is behind the sign. ​

Great staff and at least every time I go to the store they have the things I need especially when it comes to school supplies or printing.

Shanika at drive tru today said I could not make a split payment cash/card on the drive tru that I had to go Inside after giving me a ghetto actitude , if you don’t like customer service find another type of work . If you are going to work with customers and make them feel less because of a split payment, make faces etc because of the form of payment do not work at a pharmacy . Or anywhere where you need to be in contact with customers. Horrible experience I am changing to another pharmacy.
