Front office staff/billing are terrible. Poor customer service and follow up. They continue to bill my old insurance company (that I have not been covered with since 2025) and have yet to bill my actual insurances. Therefore, a very large bill was sent for me to pay (even though they haven’t sent a claim to my insurance). My wife has called several times, she spoke to Jessica (who stated she would follow up but has not). She even called and tried to speak to the office manager and was told she was “busy” every time. We received a notice dated 2/2026 from our OLD insurance company where this office is STILL trying to bill them even though we have told them and brought in new insurance cards that we have a different insurance now. Be prepared... if you schedule an appointment six months in advance, the office may call you days before your appointment to advise that THEY need to reschedule you for a time that is inconvenient for you (because I'm sorry, I work a full-time job and schedule appointments based on my job and childcare). And to add insult to injury, the date they offer for rescheduling is TWO MONTHS out. There is no reason I should have to wait two months to be seen because the appointment that you make six months in advance is no longer an option for the office. It would be understandable if I wasn't available and requested the reschedule, but unacceptable and terrible customer service for the office after I've set aside time for an appointment as an established patient. The front desk and office staff are terrible. Customer service 0/10. BUYER BEWARE. Deceptive billing practices. They do not verify insurance (but Jessica lied and said they did). I called to cancel an appointment for my kid (who is away at college), they cancelled all of the appointments (my family of four) and lied and told my husband that I’d called and canceled them (I did not but mentioned in a review that if they did not get my insurance’s straight then I’d likely have to cancel) they took it upon themselves to cancel all of our appointments. I have not received any calls and had been going to this dentist office for many years and they still have not straightened out the insurance situation. My husband made appointments for us 2 weeks ago but no one was sure if they accepted my dental insurance. He called at least 7 more times and gave my insurance information to two separate people without a single call back or any answer about insurance or cost. We had to cancel last minute and even though the people answering the phones were nice, the billing department needs to get their act together. We were even hoping to reschedule if we had received any callback today - but are now going elsewhere.

I called and scheduled an appointment as a new patient 2 weeks in advance. I showed up for my appointment today and they had cancelled it without letting me know. The excuse they gave was it was not confirmed yet I never got a call to confirm. She stated that they sent text messages and I never got one and I got one call and when I answered it, there was no one there. Rather than make it right, she made a ton of excuses.
