Smile Design Lake Wales

My appointment was at 10:00 I got called back at 10:55. Got a xray and sat for what seemed forever. Finally saw the Dr. and all she was able to do was give me a prescription. Not her fault. Actually left the building after 12. Ridiculous to be there that long to get a X-ray and be given a prescription. I would not recommend this place. I will not be going back.

First time going but the location is great, wait time was minimal, everyone was friendly and best of all, no surprise charges! They printed out insurance vs patient responsibility and were very clear in what I was responsible for. That's a win!!

Dr Maneet Arora was a fantastic dentist. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Maneet Arora and her assistant were fantastic! They made me feel at ease. The service was good. I didn't have to wait once I arrived for my appointment. During the appointment I was very comfortable.

Office need to be sanitized. Floors and equipments are dirty usually. Provider is awesome though.
