Florida Eye Specialists & Cataract Institute - Lake Wales

This was my first visit with Florida Eye Specialists and Cataract Institute and it was a very positive experience throughout each interaction. The receptionist was cordial and welcoming. Dr. Braunstein's assistant was very knowledgeable, personable and professional and Dr. Braunstein was fantastic. He was extremely patient, taking time to explain everything to me in full detail. I could not be more pleased about the care I received today. It was a pleasure meeting everyone at the Lake Wales office.

Dr. Braunstein and his staff were/are very professional and proficient. Thank you for working me in your busy schedule. I appreciate it and happy birthday to Dr. Braunstein.

If i could leave less that one star, I would. I called 3 time and the first two times they hung up without even a hello. They 3rd time I called I asked to schedule an appointment. She finds out what insurance I have and states that they are not taking it, even though I called the insurance company and verified that they take my insurance. She was sooo rude. By the sound of her voice i was a total inconvenience. She didnt even ask if I still wanted to proceed. She just bye. Like a high school brat. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Dont waste you time or you money to feel like shit.

What can I say except " Outstanding Service"! Dr. Braunstein and the entire office staff are all phenomenal. I appreciate all that they do.

Dr. Braunstein is the best. He is so friendly and personable, very thorough and professional. The office staff is great too.
