I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to give credit where it is due. As a Seventh-Day Adventist, I take pride in the providers at Advent Health and in the quality of care I consistently receive. Over the past five years, I have encountered various health issues, including significant pain in my back and shoulder. I tried a couple of other physical therapy places without success. While living in Melbourne, I didn’t have access to any Advent Health facilities. Who would have thought I would find the best physical therapist and rehab place in Lake Wales—one who truly embodies the healing ministry of Christ? I have been to physical therapist in the past. This one far surpasses any other one I have ever been to. I was greeted by the manager Chris - he did the evaluation I was so impressed by how thorough it was I have for the most part been with Mark he shows you exactly what he wants you do as well as showing where you should be feeling this exercise. Chris, the manager does not disappear he is there watching and suggesting things that will help me get better. If you need a physical therapist I highly recommend this office.

I’ve had an excellent experience at this location on multiple occasions. My first visit was with Joanne, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, moved at a pace that suited me, and ensured my physical therapy journey was effective and comfortable. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to get back to 100%. When I faced a different injury, I didn’t hesitate to return to this location. This time, I worked with Chris, whose positive energy and optimism were truly inspiring. He guided me through recovery with a perfect mix of encouragement and challenge, always pushing me to improve. Graduated today and Mark again was very professional. All your staff at this center were knowledgeable and helpful to their clients. But I would like to repeat what I said before about Mark. He is probably the best physical therapist I have had help me. I really enjoyed our visits while Mark put me through my exercises. A neat young man and a great asset to your organization.
