Walgreens Pharmacy

I go here to use the chime ATM. The people here are very helpful. I have put money on my chime card here. It's just too bad that they've closed up a lot of the Walgreens closer to my where I live?.

Peter is awesome. We went there late and the pharmacy is closed. He learnt that we are in urgent need of the medicine, so he helped us check the drug and provided info on how to get it. Very nice guy.

Everytime I go here there's a new problem. The ladies working there were at least pleasant but the guy in there, who seems to be a manager, has been very rude. I watched him play around with my prescription, drop it a few times on the floor, sling it around and seemed to generally be having a good time with people in the drive thru for almost an hour. That's just the beginning of what's wrong with this pharmacy.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 2 years without issue until recently. I tried for weeks to get a prescription transferred, and when it finally was, it was incorrect. Plus employees now seem more interested in having casual conversations then helping people waiting in line.

If you are trying to get a COVID vaccine or booster, you're much better off going to the NYS vaccination site in Crossgates Mall. Walgreens cancelled my booster appointment with just 24 hrs notice. My husband had to wait in the back for a 15 minutes after his appointment time. For whatever reason it seems that Walgreens is not well equipped to do COVID vaccinations so best to go elsewhere.
