Priority 1 Urgent Care

Was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Very impressed on how clean the entire place was and the staff was extremely friendly. I went in unable to breathe well the doctor was extremely thorough. He put me on a nebulizer machine and gave me some prescriptions I felt a lot better when I left. He also gave me a script to come back to have a chest x-ray he wanted to make sure he didn’t miss anything, which I did the next day and it ended up being pneumonia as he thought. I would highly recommend this urgent care and this provider.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Priority 1 Urgent Care. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist/medical assistant and the wait time was less then 5 minutes before I was seen by a very nice doctor. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care over any other in the Guilderland area as they are the only ones with a medical doctor present at all times.

This was my first visit, and I loved it. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and efficient. The atmosphere was welcoming and spotless. I was seen immediately, and the nurse was excellent. Dr. Shoemaker listened carefully, took her time to diagnose my condition, and displayed outstanding bedside manner. I will definitely return here.

I would stay clear of this practice. Older woman at the front desk had a bad attitude and was not helpful. I asked what payment options were available and she immediately had an attitude. Also no sense of privacy at all. She was practically screaming my medical information across the waiting room. A very embarrassing experience and a complete waste of time. The older gentleman in the back also was I inconsiderate of my privacy and was yelling questions across the waiting room. Two stars because the waiting room was very clean.

Always have had good experiences when I use this facility. This last time I made an appointment and all went smoothly. I appreciate that they check back in with you several days later. Always recommend if someone is looking for/asking about urgent care facilities.
