The worst place ever!!! They ignored my mother. I found her lying in her own feces. After 3 weeks, I took her home and had a private nurse for 12-16 hours a week She died in comfort with no drugs. I'm so glad I didn't let her die alone in that terrible nursing home. Stay away from they place. And to top it off, they have the nerve to charge $13,000 a month...for what ????

I had someone that I care for stay there and I had some issues with things. They never let the person go to the bathroom on her own when she was capable of doing it. I’ve told them to take the wheelchair away from the person and you have to use a walker to get stronger and they would never let her do that And all the time she was there for three weeks they never had her take her dentures and she ended up with sores in her mouth. They treated the person like an infant when they had no broken bones when they fell a month ago, only bruises. Staff was doing more damage, letting her sit around doing nothing and only lettering her use a walker while in therapy. She got worse there than getting better.

My uncle Josh was in this facility. I am going to start off with it seemed nice at first but they are very short staffed. He was there for rehab services only. My uncle had very early stages of dementia. He didn’t wonder he couldn’t even walk that’s why he was there! They put him on the dementia floor where the other seniors were yelling wondering around my ucle didn’t have any of those issues. He couldn’t even walk be just had colon removed! The nurse stated that he shouldn’t be on this floor. Hr got moved immediately into a private room. He started doing good with his rehab. Not walking on his own but improving. Then on the rehab floor they stated he was wondering when he couldn’t walk they took him out his room and had him in the hallway. But eddy senior is paying for him to have a roo

My brother-in -law, who was there for rehab, was left lying in bed in surgical scrubs nearly every day for weeks. We were promised by the Supervisor of Nursing for updates that never came & begged for a nurse to call us - nothing. Call bells went unanswered for 30-60 minutes & longer, as observed by multiple visitors. Our friend, a retired nurse who visits often on our behalf, has concluded they are neglecting him.

Horrible, my father broke his hip, had surgery and was transported to Our Lady of Mercy. After rehab, which he was unable to participate in because of extreme pain, was brought back to his room and left sitting in his wheelchair for hours. Nurse/aides never responded to his calls. Another day he was left to sit in his own waste after repeatedly ringing the buzzer for help for hours. These are only 2 examples of his time there, I had my father transferred to another rehab do to neglect, no bathing, no one came in to check on him. On these occasions my father would call me for help, in turn I had to call the nurses station to go in and help him. This was unexceptionable! Their food was horrible, I had to bring food in for him. If patients do not have a family member to check up on them
