Walking in, its a very small waiting room. The front staff are super nice. So was the MA. There are only 2 chairs for patients to be in. One for xrays and examination and the other for when you actually get work done. It seemed like there was only 1 dentist on-site and he was going from working on someone to coming to me to examine, then going back. He didn't show me my xrays, didn't even tell me what work was needed to be done. He told me that he'd fill the cavity i pointed out then when I was in the other chair said there was a second cavity to fill. He did 5 shots of novocaine. Once he was done, he was quick to rush me out and told me I needed to schedule another appointment for more work, but still didn't bother telling me what was needed. It's only been 6 hours and 1 filling didn't st

I called to have an emergency x ray done on where I had my wisdom teeth out because I was afraid something may have been lodged in there...I told the secretary it was urgent and the woman took my information down and said she would have someone call me to make an app shortly... Hours later never called. I call AGAIN and wondered why I never got a phone call back when I clearly said it was urgent...she proceeded to apologize and said it was busy and she was in training and I understand that but when something is urgent these people need to take it seriously..she took down my information for the second time. It's not the next day at almost 5 pm and still no phone call back. Absolutely horrible and neglectful and I will be complaining about the to the better business in bureau.

He's a complete ripoff He worked on my boyfriend's teeth.And all his crowns fillings, and everything are falling apart.I'd strongly recommend not going to this guy.Because he just rips your insurance off and tells you to get out the door like when his mouth guard broke, they said they don't care....

Needed to find a dentist after not having once since covid, when here for a check up and cleaning, i expressed concerns for tooth and gum pain i was having especially with my wisdom teeth, The cleaning that was provided was rushed and was not through in the slightest. When i was asking for recommendations for who could preform this surgery for my wisdom teeth and will accept my insurance they sent me to someone WHO did not accept my insurance and was going to charge me $3000 for extraction. Because of their lack of diligence i now sit here with a chipped molar. On a tooth i complained was hurting with my appointment with them in June.

I think Doc is awesome. He's very personable and is extremely quick. The office staff is extremely sweet.
