Brandon the pharmacist was extremely helpful and went above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure I was able to get my script that evening. This prevented me from having to skip a dose of a necessary antibiotic for my treatment. I can’t be more thankful for his generosity and help.

Barbara Chapin, pharmacist lied. Prescription was called in, last week. Went to pick up prescription, it wasn’t ready- 6 days later!!! I was belittled and blamed for their not having filled my prescription- I asked them to locate another pharmacy with the medication in stock. I was told I was “really putting them out” by asking them to do their job. It is the due diligence of a pharmacist to communicate with a customer if they are unable to fulfill their prescription, not let it linger in their system for a week and then blame the customer for their failure to be a responsible pharmacist. Good luck to anybody trying to fill a prescription on Grand Island. Good luck, you’re going to need it. Our family just started getting our medications from the Grand Island Walgreens. I think they are great even after taking all the clients from the Rite Aid that closed across the street. The staff at the pharmacy are friendly and helpful. Great team - keep up the good work!!

I had a prescription called in and the pharmacist filled it right away for me. I had a flu shot a few weeks ago and was able to get it without an appointment. This pharmacy and all of the staff are wonderful!

I take so many meds. No sweat. Wasn't I supposed to pick up my meds? Don't worry about it. Walgreens is superior to Rite Aid, hands down.
