WellNow Urgent Care

We saw Bridget for an Urgent Care Visit on 2/23 and she was outstanding. The staff was fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They quickly assessed the situation and went above and beyond by getting us signed in to the hospital ER, which cut our wait time significantly. Their coordination and sense of urgency made a stressful situation so much easier. Truly grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Highly recommend them and appreciate how compassionate and helpful they were.

Can't stress enough how well run the Grand Island Well Now branch is. Always clean in there and refreshments as u wait. Staff are truly top notch professionals and very attentive to your issue. Was in and out in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend visiting here if u are sick or injured.

I punctured my finger with a sharp instrument. The staff at WellNow was very helpful and friendly and got me into an examination room quickly. The staff gave me an exam of my vitals and to a health history. Kelly Vitello gave me a painless tetanus shot. A day later I still have no residual pain. I highly recommend WellNoww Urgent Care

Our visit exceeds all our needs. From the reception staff, nursing,and the PA we saw all deserve a 10+ on any scale. We were seen immediately and was in and out in 45 minutes. Wellness needs to recognize all their staff for the wonderful care my husband got.

I have stage 4 lung and brain cancer and had a croup like cough and needed antibiotics. Receptionist and nurse extremely sweet and helpful!!! The PA had no bedside manner at all and was useless. Wouldn’t examine me before speaking to my oncologist ( Sunday at 200pm) and the receptionist and I tried desperately calling Roswell and Roswell continued to call me back on my cell phone because they couldn’t get through to the PA’s number. The entire time she sat at the nurses station playing around. Eventually I left with no care. She was HORRIBLE!!! Never had a bad experience like that before!!! She makes your company look bad!!! Spreading the word !!!!
