Notaro Chiropractic - Grand Island

I have gone to this place a few times, absolutely lovely! What disappointed me was the fact that there was openings for today, January 24th from 10-11:50am, scheduled an appointment and the DOORS WERE LOCKED! Sat on the phone for 10 minutes waiting to see if someone would pick up! No answer. Why have appointments open if they won’t be open at those times? I scheduled for 11am, showed up 5 minutes early, locked doors.

Says they're open 9-12 on Saturday and walk ins welcome. 10am came and went nobody is here. Time to find a new practice

Definitely would never go here again or recommend. Booked a session online for a Reflexology treatment. Get into the room and the therapist tells me they are not trained in Reflexology, but can spend some "extra time" on my feet because I am in pain. I regret wasting my time and money.

Went in for a few appointments. Each time you call to book a new appointment, they tell you that you have to book online. When you book online, it double books you, and they'll squeeze you in later, but you have to come back. Today, I was told that booking online never works, and they can try to book me 2 days later. Will not return.
