Better Smile of WNY

Frightening tactics at this place. I, like other reviews that are easy to locate, was advised on having a dozen cavities at a routine cleaning. Obtained a 2nd and 3rd opinion. None of them correlated. This place will literally harm you for money. I question if they have an actual dentist on staff?

Jourdan and Dr. Choi have provided excellent gentle dental care for me for a few years now. The office staff is kind and efficient, and the equipment and technology are state of the art. This is a 5 STAR dental office, highly recommended.

The front office staff is horribly rude. Also, I strongly encourage every person to check their bills and explanation of benefits. I personally know of two people who were overcharged, but the office still demanded payment from them. When they raised concern, they were fired from the practice as patients…even though it wound up that Better Smiles owed them money .

I cannot say enough about my experience. I have forever had anxiety going to the dentist. I had some poor experiences while I was younger. The staff here was incredible. For the first time in a long time I feel like I can feel good about my smile and had no hesitation setting up my next appointment. Thank you so much, Nicole, for the judgement free zone while I got nervous and Dr. Ian is literally the nicest dentist I have ever encountered.

Wow, 3 words. Professional, clean and customer service friendly to the max! The staff and facility was warming and welcoming. The Dental Hygienist and dentist my son seen were amazing! Recommend anyone to take themselves or the whole family! Thank you better smiles team! We WILL be returning
