Walgreens Pharmacy

Not the type of phone call that I expected to have with the pharmacist. First I explained my situation for my father-in-law visiting from outside the country and how he needed a refill because he ran out. She went straight to saying "no" rudely midway through my story, nor did she initiate a solution after saying no. I had to initiate with "what should I do in this situation" because I don't know what to do in this situation. I wanted to know from an expert. Got the answer I needed but obviously did not feel treated as a customer from the pharmacist. It is what it is.

I deal with the Pharmacy often as I pickup scripts for a friend as well as my own. The staff is always helpful friendly and knowledgeable.
