Walgreens Pharmacy

I'm not sure what sort of ineptitude leads to a pharmacist being ignorant of what otc medications are available in their own department but apparently it is employed here. It seems this particular store hires employees that are unwilling to do their job?

The new staff working in the pharmacy are rude and not too bright. No customer service, no people skills what so ever. At 9:15 am. I specifically spoke to the pharmacist, saying that I would pick up my medication later today. Well, wouldn't you know that they canceled my prescriptions and returned back to stock. Why? Because the computer told them too. Needless to say, I was not happy, and I asked him to put it through so I could pick them up later, and I quote, "I can do that. Are you picking them up this time? " I was asked quite sarcasticly. Sorry, I'm an adult. You dont talk to me that way. No empathy, no respect, not a care for the customer. I already explained that I spoke with someone earlier in the day that I haven't been able to get there for one reason or another. Don't even get

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, was left on hold for both the store and pharmacy staff. The staff continously kept taking my call and placing it on hold every time it was my que in line, I didnt even have the opperunity to speak with anyone besides a machine for 15 minutes, once the staff answered it was as though I was speaking to a brick wall. Will never spend a dollar at this location, better off going to CVS down the street. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Did not have prescriptions ready many times

It's a Walgreens, pharmacy staff and especially the pharmacist are kind , thoughtful and quite helpful...
