Everyone at the Lighthouse is so kind, patient, and diligent, despite having to deal with many challenges with insurance and communication with the doctors, they’ve worked patiently along with me to make sure I walk out with the medications I need. And they go the extra mile which is so appreciated, being communicative and polite, and even small gestures beyond the duties of the job to provide an accepting atmosphere that feels like a part of a community. I didn’t catch your name, but thank you so much for helping patch the hole in my coat pocket, that was the nicest thing and helped make my day! :)

Dave is a knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and extremely respectful Pharmacist...and an all around great guy. The culture of the pharmacy follows his lead and offers incredible, personal service.

Worst customer service I ever experienced getting a prescription filled. Woman who answered phone named Jackie is so bad at her job, she should do Anything else but fill a Prescription. She actually, refused to take my information. I'm 55, I never in my life heard someone who doesn't need your information! She insisted it was in HER imaginary Database. Then this rude, crazy person, calls me 5 hours later to tell me, she needed my information. Lol. Then she preceded to let me know why I cannot receive my prescription today, even though I called at 9:30, after I told my Dr to send it already. Jackie also was doing the most Disgusting, rude thing I hate about Long Islanders. She literally had a whole conversation with herself while I was in middle of talking. I have been a customer at Lighthouse Pharmacy for about 12 years now. Dave, Diane, and the rest of the Lighthouse Pharmacy team have always been very courteous, knowledgeable in their field, helpful, and respectful. They also carry many medications that are extremely difficult to find anywhere else. They are great when it comes to catering to their customers individual needs! After using CVS for many years and dealing with nothing but attitudes and issues I must say I wish I found Lighthouse years ago! The staff is incredibly kind and they always have my medicine available with a smile. Will never use anyone else for my pharmaceutical needs. I strongly recommend Lighthouse over any other pharmacy.
