Been trying to get my disability paperwork filled out since early November. Have sent paperwork AT LEAST 6 times, with calls to update the doctor, they drop the ball every. time. Providers are impossible to directly contact, when you call the office they send you to a call center. This office completely screwed me. DONT GO HERE. Edit: Its now the end of January, still no word from this office. The doctor I saw, Kyle, told me all I had was a sprain. I got a second opinion from a different doctor, and he confirmed I had a shifted pelvis. They’ve sent me plenty of letters in the mail trying to get me to pay for their “services” but can’t seem to fill out the multiple requests for paperwork I’ve sent them. They also filed my insurances incorrectly. This office just wants to prescribe you pain

This is the good part of the review: I went to them for a pinched nerve in my lower back. They put me on an extremely strong dose of a steroid. It provided a little relief. I felt like I was on my way to being ok. Dr. Keane was wonderful. They recommended their physical therapy office so I made an appointment for a PT eval. This is why there is 1 star: My physical therapist, Scott Litwin, re-injured me. He had zero social skills and should not be working in this field. He did not listen to me and proceeded to stretch me. I was not ready for that and I said it numerous times. Now I am back where I started in extreme pain. This is a warning to other patients to not use their PT office. I recommend Professional Care Physical Therapy in Patchogue. They are wonderful and I should have used

How any patient accepts the service provided at this practice is stunning. No one returns your calls. No one acknowledges you standing at the front desk. Workers arguing in the hallway. Doctor yelling at an employee about a broken machine in front of patients. Person responsible for preapprovals does not know how to fill out the forms for insurance purposes. Person responsible for preapprovals didn’t submit one of the requests. Get an office manager stat because it’s a mess and no one deserves to be treated this way when they are in pain.

I was referred here by my primary care. I have been to a few different orthopedics but this place had the first appointment. When I was called into the room I met with a PA named Jess Gibson at first it was fine. After she took my health history she went in the hall and started making fun of me to another employee. I am a nurse and would never do this to a patient. Not only was I mortified by her mocking me. I was shocked and appalled that a health care provider would do this to a patient. She didn't have the decency to even walk down the hall so I didn't have to hear her. Do better and be a better human. You don't belong in health care if this is how you treat patients.
